A Genuine Incident

The attached is a screen shot from a genuine incident raised to our internal help desk, just priceless and if you think I made it up then thank you for the compliment I just don’t think I’m capable of anything this brilliant.

Poker’s non-existent at the moment, probable going to do a poker trip for my 40th in September but don’t have much desire to play online anymore, just a tremendous waste of precious time.

The three things I love about it, this was raised by a man(which of course you can't see because I commented that out to protect the innocent and all that), The helpdesk logged it a medium priority - 3, now I’m usually the first to complain about users exaggerating the priority but if its on fire I'd usually say that’s a high priority - 1 incident. The auto comment that say's user did not check the knowledge base.
